Orders placed before 3:00 P.M are shipped same day if delivery request is made for next day delivery. During peak holiday orders, orders cannot be cancelled or changed after 24 hours of the initial order being placed. We do recommend making a cancellation request or change to your order as we always strive to accommodate our customers.
Cancelled orders requests-if your gift has been shipped, gifts being returned will be deducted shipping charges to and from the destination, and a 25% restocking fee plus taxes. We will apply these credits once we receive the gift at our facility.
Wrong Address:
If the wrong delivery address is provided to us, a $10 redirection fee will be charged, plus an additional delivery fee. Please be sure to provide correct addresses.
